Freshchat release notes - 6th March, 2019


1. Assigned Chat Time - Freshdesk Integration

  • Added a new ticket field 'Assigned Chat Time' to Freshdesk ticket fields. This will indicate the time the conversation was first assigned to the agent.

Bug Fixes

1. 'Conversation initiated from' and 'last message from' in the context pane was not getting updated. This is now fixed.

2. Conversations turned up with empty labels when searched and opened through the search bar. This is now fixed.
