Each team member can set their own profile details on Freshchat. Adding profile information makes your engagement feel more personal. The bio and picture make your team more relatable to the customer at the other end.
Team members can set their First name, Last name, Title, a bio, in addition to setting a profile picture (DP) for their profile. They can also provide handles of their social profiles so a customer engaging with them can see how to connect with them through other channels.
