You can set or update your email and chrome notification settings anytime from the Profile Settings in Freshchat.
You can find these settings under
Settings-> Profile Settings (under SETUP) here.
Note: For Mobile app notifications on the agent app, please see the Profile settings on the mobile app itself.
You can opt to receive emails on any new messages, or just new messages on conversations you are assigned to.
You can also opt to receive chrome notifications (when you are not on the same tab) for:
- New conversations,
- When conversations are assigned to you, or
- When there is an update on a conversation already assigned to you.
Note: You can turn on/off audio for the chrome notifications as well.
