Skill level allows you to selectively override the overall IntelliAssign settings ‘Active conversations per member’ for your new or expert agents. It allows you to have higher active conversation limit for your experts or if you need to lower that limit for your new agents. This ultimately allows the possibility of having a separate active conversation limit for each agent.
