Set business hours to notify your users when agents are away from their systems. You can set a custom message to let your users know agents are away and when they can expect agents to be active again.

You can either set a separate schedule for each day of the week or you can set one for weekdays and weekends, whatever suits your needs.

To set business hours, go to:

  • Settings -> Business Hours

  • There is a Business Hours Enabled switch. Make sure it is turned on. 


  • Select a timezone from the dropdown list. 

  • Enter an Away Message

  • Select a schedule for business hours. You can either select “Daily” or “Weekdays/Weekends” based on your needs.

  • Select checkboxes to enable them. They’re off by default.

  • Set time using slider.

  • Click Save Business Hours when done.
