Set business hours to notify your users when agents are away from their systems. You can set a custom message to let your users know agents are away and when they can expect agents to be active again.
You can either set a separate schedule for each day of the week or you can set one for weekdays and weekends, whatever suits your needs.
To set business hours, go to:
Settings -> Business Hours
There is a Business Hours Enabled switch. Make sure it is turned on.
Select a timezone from the dropdown list.
Enter an Away Message
Select a schedule for business hours. You can either select “Daily” or “Weekdays/Weekends” based on your needs.
Select checkboxes to enable them. They’re off by default.
Set time using slider.
Click Save Business Hours when done.
