We have a workaround for your request where we will soon have a portable agent widget (for integrating the Freshchat experience with other CRM's). However, your agents would still have to login into our product through the widget.
Is it possible to interact from within our backend dashboard ? I mean my agents are not logging into Freshchat, and they would just like to chat from the CRM dashboard.
