When a user comes to our site through a campaign and clicks chat, can we track the UTM parameters and populate values in Freshsales when the lead is created?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Currently, we track utm_medium and utm_campaign and send these values to Freshsales to be populated when the lead/contact is created for this user. This will help you in measuring and tracking the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns
