You can create and send In-app campaigns to specific user segments.


To create In-App Campaigns

  1. Go to Campaigns.

  2. Click Create a new campaign. A pop-up window appears.



  3. Select In-app campaigns. You will be redirected to Create an In-App Campaign page.



  4. Give a name to the In-app campaign in the text box. This is optional and is only for your reference.



  5. Select the user segment to which you want the campaign message to be sent. You can Choose a Pre-Existing Segmenor Create a new Segment of users. 




    Note:

    Pre-existing segment are users populated based on properties obtained from your website or application. You can also create custom segments of users based on your requirements.

  1. In the Filters area, you can add conditions for the campaign. You can also add nested conditions using AND or OR combination.



  2. Click Next. You will be redirected to Compose Your Message page.

  3. Enter the message in the Message text box. You can preview the message on the right side.



  4. Select a message channel for the message delivery to the visitor.

  5. Select a team member from whom you want the message to be sent.



    Note:

    Inbox is listed as the default message channel unless you had created any custom message channels prior to creating In-app campaigns.


  6. You can choose to send the campaign immediately by selecting Send Now or schedule it for a later time by selecting Send Later.



  7. Click Next.

  8. Your campaign is now ready to be launched. Click Launch.
