You can choose to be notified every time a user sends a message in a chat conversation. You can configure email and desktop notifications.
The notification sound alert will work only when you are away from the current tab or window having the Freshchat widget.
To enable notifications,
Go to Settings.
Click Profile Settings.
Select the checkboxes to enable Email/Desktop/Sound notifications.
Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Enable notifications. A pop-up box appears.
Select the required checkboxes.
Click Enable desktop notifications.
Desktop Notifications (for Chrome browser) is available on all Freshchat plans. Email notification is available only on Blossom, Garden and Estate plans.
