With Freshchat, you can support users in their local language. Freshchat currently supports 32 languages including right-to-left (RTL) language. You can refer Languages Supported by Freshchat to view the list of supported languages.
You can configure additional languages in language settings, add FAQs and message channels in those languages to provide self-help to your users.
But first you need to select a Primary Language. All the content has to be first added in the primary language and only then can it be translated into other languages.
Primary Language will be used as a fall-back language if the language of the user’s locale is not added/enabled.
