To view all unresolved conversations on your account (both assigned and unassigned), you could create a new custom view by clicking on Add Custom View at the bottom of Views list. While creating the custom view, select both ‘New’ and ‘Assigned’, which would include all the open conversations that are both assigned and unassigned.
