Yes, the offer is indeed available and all of our active live chat customers are eligible for it. You are currently on trial because you created a new Freshchat account and we will need to manually activate it with the offer for you.
We do understand this is a little inconvenient and we are working on automating this, however, for now, since you have already created the account, best option is to manually apply the offer from our end.
If you could share your Freshdesk account URL and the email you used to signup for Freshchat, we will get this done at the earliest for you.

As a live chat customer I was promised the Freshchat Blossom Plan for free. But Freshchat says I am on trial which is going to end in 30 days.
