This is because Freshdesk Messaging hasn’t been enabled for your Freshdesk Support Desk instance as a support channel.

Please send an email to support@freshchat.com and we will enable it for you from the backend.


Once enabled, you have to refresh your Admin screen on Freshdesk Support Desk and you will find Freshdesk Messaging added to your list of support channels.
