Bot is not sending messages as per the bot flow. Why?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

The bot is triggered only for new users. The bot skips flow if the user doesn’t reply within two minutes. Thus the bot won’t be able to collect information from the user if they reply after two minutes.
