To integrate Freshsales with Freshchat, refer to this article.


The integration can be enabled only through web and not through the Freshchat mobile app. 

If the Freshsales integration on mobile is active, you can do the following:

  • View Lead/Contact details on the Freshchat app

  • View Lead/Contact details on the Freshsales app/webpage

  • Create new Leads

  • View Deals

To view Lead/Contact information on the Freshchat app, 

  1. Tap on the required user’s conversation. 

  2. Tap on the user’s name at the top. 

  3. You will be able to see contact and lead information under Freshsales. 

  4. Tap on the contact/lead to view more details.

To view Lead/Contact information on Freshsales, 

  1. Tap on View Contact in Freshsales or View Lead in Freshsales.

  1. If you have the Freshsales mobile app on your phone, the app will be launched. If you don’t have the Freshsales app, you will be redirected to the Freshsales webpage. 

To create a new Lead, 

  1. Tap on Create New Lead.

  1. You will be taken to the Freshsales app/webpage where you can create a new lead.

To view Deals, 

  1. Tap on the highlighted segment.

  1. You will see details on how much money has been made from the deal, the status, and the closing date of the deal.
