Note: 

The integration can be enabled only through web and not through the Freshchat mobile app. 


If the Freshdesk integration on mobile is active, you can do the following:

  • Append a conversation to an existing Freshdesk ticket.

  • Convert a conversation into a new Freshdesk ticket.


To append a conversation to a Freshdesk ticket


1. Select Resolve options.




2. Select Append to Freshdesk ticket, to append the conversation to an existing ticket.



3. Click Append.




To convert a conversation into a new Freshdesk ticket


1. Select Resolve options.




2. Select Create ticket in Freshdesk, to create a new ticket for that conversation.




3. Fill the required ticket fields.




4. Click Create.
