On which plans are the Freddy Answer Bot and Custom Bot available

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Whether you're a Freshchat customer or Freshdesk customer or both, here are the plan details for Freddy Answer Bot and Custom Bot.
If you're only using Freshchat
|You'll get one Custom Bot flow on Garden. Unlimited Freddy Custom Bots and Freddy Answer Bot from Estate|
|If you're using Freshdesk and Freshchat||You should be on Freshdesk Estate and Freshchat Estate plans to use Freddy Answer Bot and Custom Bot|
|If you're only using Freshdesk||You need to be on Freshdesk Estate Omnichannel plan (Estate + Omnichannel add-on bundle) to use both the bots|
