Freshchat - Freshdesk Integrations Revamp


We have now added two new options to Freshdesk Integration in Freshchat. 


i) You can set permissions for the ticket fields. You can change the visibility of the fields and make it editable/non-editable or editable and mandatory.

ii) You can sync articles for previously imported solution article folders from Freshdesk.
