Freshdesk Messaging allows you to send and receive text messages for customer support. With SMS support, you can choose to import your existing phone numbers or add new numbers from service providers like Twilio directly via Freshdesk Messaging (supported by the Neo platform). 


Note: Currently, SMS is supported only on Twilio.

How does SMS work?

Once you set up and add your service provider (Twilio) in Freshdesk Messaging, you can import your existing Twilio phone numbers or buy new numbers directly from Twilio. You can then send and receive text messages to/from your customers using the phone numbers added.
