Why are Facebook chats not getting auto-assigned in Freshchat?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Facebook integration assigns chats from the Facebook page to Freshchat group mapped during the integration. Intelliassign should be enabled for that group for the chats to get assigned automatically.
