What is Response Time and how is it calculated?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Average Response time is calculated as the median of the response time of all the chat conversations. The response time that is displayed in the chat widget is the 90th percentile measure and it can also be viewed on the Admin Dashboard.
