Generate API Token in Freshchat

You can generate API Tokens from your Freshchat account to access Freshchat APIs.

To do this,

1. Go to Admin > API Tokens
2. Click Generate Token

You can delete a generated token by clicking on the drop-down next to it.  

Note: Once you generate a token, ensure that you store and transmit it securely as the APIs grant access to all the user and conversation data in your account.
