A quick guide to  integrating your bot builder with your Freshchat account in the Unified Bot Builder:

• Open the bot you want to configure

• Click on the New Version button to create a new version

• Go to the Deploy tab and select the Conversations widget under Deploy options

• Click Save and then publish the bot

• Click on Topic

• On the Topics page, click on the topic you want to map the bot to or create a New Topic

• Toggle ON the ‘Trigger a Bot’ option and a dropdown with all bots will be displayed

• Select the bot that needs to be reconfigured and hit Save

You can use the Conversations widget for Channel specific use cases like WhatsApp, Apple Messages for Business, etc.
