We are moving from a third-party service to our own real-time service to enable you and your customers with a stable, scalable, and upgraded widget experience. If you have enabled CSP (Content Security Policy) on the self-service widget of your chatbots embedded in your portal, it is important to allowlist RTS URLs along with Pusher URLs shared below by 30th July 2022 to avoid any business interruptions:

Who does this change impact?

This migration affects all bot users using the self-service widget, who have configured CSP whitelisting. If the new URLs are not whitelisted, your support services will be affected as the widget conversations will not loadIf there is no whitelist configured, no action is required.
