Integrate Zendesk with Freshdesk Messaging


You can integrate your Zendesk account with Freshdesk Messaging.


Pre-requisites


To integrate your Zendesk account with Freshdesk Messaging, you'll need the following information,

  1. Your Zendesk Admin Email ID
  2. Your Zendesk Subdomain - You can get this from your Zendesk URL. For example, if your Zendesk account URL is https://example.zendesk.com/ then your subdomain is 'example'.
  3. Your Zendesk Account Token (unused, if not, generate a new one) - You can get this from your Zendesk account by going to Channels > API > Token Access as shown in the screenshot below



How to setup the integration


Login to your Freshdesk Messaging account as Account Owner/Admin.


Go to Admin > Integations > Zendesk



Add your Zendesk Admin email ID, subdomain, and account token.
