With Freshchat 's keyboard shortcuts you can carry out common actions with speed. Just click command + / on Mac or Ctrl + / on Windows from your Team Inbox. You can also access keyboard shortcuts by clicking on your profile image at the top right corner. 


You’ll get a slide-out on the right pane of your Team Inbox with a list of all available shortcuts.
