How to share the test report

If you face any issues related to network delay or socket connection, go to the above URL. It will run against the logged in Freshdesk Messaging account in your browser. 

Once the test run is complete, a report URL will be generated at the bottom. You can share this URL with our Freshdesk Messaging support team at support@freshchat.com. We will be able to load that URL on our end and see the report of your site status and help you further.
