Chat notifications are not working in my browser, what do I do?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

1. Check if you have enabled notifications in your Freshchat account. Click here to learn how to do enable notifications in Freshchat
2. Check if notifications are being blocked by your web browser. Click here to learn how to enable push notifications in your browser.
3. Alternatively, notifications could be blocked by ad blockers. Make sure you disable it.
