Dashboard is a central access point from where you can monitor and measure your team’s messaging performance in real-time. With full access to Dashboard features, you would be able to view Response and Resolution time trends over the day, Team Performance for each member, Incoming Conversations vs Resolved Conversations at each hour of the day and Label trends. This will also give you access to information on Team member availability.
