I am trying to integrate Freshchat with Freshdesk but I do not see Freshchat under support channels on Freshdesk.

This is because Freshchat hasn’t been enabled for your Freshdesk instance as a support channel. Please send an email to email@example.com and we will enable it for you from our backend. Once enabled, you have to refresh your Admin screen on Freshdesk and you will find Freshchat added to your list of support channels.
